The first apartment I bought and the first one I sold nearly 25 years later. Apartment building designed by Adrien Blomme, in the street where he had his personal residency. Nice original stained glass from the art deco period it was built in. Herringbone parquet floor, iron cast radiators, lovely door handles. Kitchen and bathroom were renovated respecting the architectural style eg using dark green Italian marble which today has gone out of fashion but remains of eternal beauty.
