"LISBON Jan 16,2017 I draw a bath I've had a bottle of wine I take a little of overpriced cake & let myself become one with the hot water. Instantly I'm consumed with the beauty & the history of where I am. 1820 What did people do back then? What are their stories? I sink further into my head. "I'm not alone". I say outloud, Knowing that there is someone there. A ghost. The smell. I can't quite place it. A soap. A gift from my host. Greatful. That word seem too common. I am greatful to be here.
